Call the number on the back of your ID card under Mental Health/Substance Abuse to reach specially trained Customer Care Advocates. These professionals can screen you for behavioral health conditions and connect you to care that best suits your unique needs.
Behavioral Health Case Managers
These registered nurses, licensed social workers, and licensed professional counselors specialize in a variety of areas, including the comprehensive health care needs around behavioral health. Reach them 24/7 by calling the number on the back of your ID card under Mental Health/Substance Abuse.
Licensed clinical triage staff are available for the following:
- Clinical assessment
- In-the-moment support
- Crisis management
- Rapid navigation to the right provider
- Connection to longitudinal case management for ongoing services
