Find a covered prescription drug

A formulary, or drug list, is a list of prescription drugs covered by a plan. Drugs on a formulary are organized into tiers based on cost-sharing. The tiers range from low-cost (mostly generic) drugs to high-cost specialty drugs. The amount you pay will depend on whether the drug is included in the formulary and its tier. You can search for a drug to find out if it's covered, its tier, and if prior authorization or other considerations apply.
