¹OTC balance does not roll over. Can be redeemed online or at participating local retailer

²The giveback is set up by Medicare and administered through the Social Security Administration (SSA). The giveback incentive only participates with Social Security and is credited monthly on your Social Security check or Medicare Part B premium statement. There are no direct payments made to beneficiaries by Independence. Beneficiaries who pay their own Part B premium are eligible for the Giveback. Meaning, beneficiaries cannot receive Medicaid or any other assistance from a health program that could potentially pay their Part B premium.

³The DVH Flex allowance preloaded on the AmeriHealth Care Card is a separate wallet from the OTC benefit provided on the same card. No activation is required. Any unused balance will not roll over to the next year. Members should retain the card through the expiration date.
