To help you better manage your time when calling us, you may wish to call during our least busy time — at the end of the week. Our busiest time is at the beginning of the week, with the most calls coming on Monday and Tuesday. During the week, the best time to call is after 3 p.m. Most of our calls come in earlier during the day, which means there are more people who have to wait on hold.
