AmeriHealth offers behavioral health care navigation services to help our members quickly connect with care that meets their specific needs. Our trained Behavioral Health Navigators are available to:
- Understand your needs and provide information about treatment options
- Find in-network care and connect you with a provider quickly
- Offer support during difficult times
- Connect members to the right resources and ensure coordinated care for their behavioral health needs, including AmeriHealth Case Management for ongoing support

In-person and virtual behavioral health care providers
AmeriHealth makes it easy for members to access behavioral health care. Members can have virtual visits by phone or video chat. Virtual visits will be held with a licensed health care professional (including psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners).
