Provider Automated System

Information available to providers quickly and efficiently

Take advantage of our speech-enabled Provider Automated System, an enhanced phone service that can be used to complete several tasks, such as:

  • retrieving member information
  • checking on claims status
  • submitting referrals

The Provider Automated System allows you to either speak your responses or enter them using your telephone keypad. Within minutes, you can submit and obtain information for our members without waiting on hold for a customer service representative. To connect to the Provider Automated System, call 1-800-275-2583 and follow the voice prompts.
