Careers at AmeriHealth Administrators

Our company culture

Personal growth

We want all our associates to feel they can grow both personally and professionally. That's why we offer our associates access to educational resources, such as online courses in everything from Management and Leadership to Personal Effectiveness, and tuition reimbursement.

We are people with purpose. And that purpose is to help shape the future of health care. And you can't do that without diverse perspectives, experiences, and people. That's why we're so passionate about attracting top talent who are as diverse as the communities we serve and supporting them through associate resource groups.

Improving people's health and wellness is our top priority — including those within our own hallways. We offer associates access to a variety of health resources, including an onsite registered dietitian, stress seminars, and our Eat Right for Life series.

Community involvement

As both an organization and as individuals, AmeriHealth Administrators is committed to making a difference that goes well beyond the health care industry. Our associates — lead by our Red, White, and Blue Crew — are constantly finding new ways to give back to the community.

We like to think of ourselves as champions of change. We are committed to challenging not only the status quo in our industry, but also the standards to which we hold ourselves. We strive to create an atmosphere that empowers associates to put the customer first, act with integrity, and affect positive change in the workplace.
