New user guides now available on NaviNet

New user guides were recently posted on the NaviNet web portal in the Administrative Tools & Resources section of AmeriHealth Plan Central. The user guides cover four frequently used NaviNet transactions:

  • how to check the status of accepted claims;
  • how to check the status of rejected claims;
  • how to check member eligibility and benefits;
  • how to reset your NaviNet password.
