NaviNet Gateway Electronic Claim Issue

The NaviNet Gateway has experienced technical issues over the past several days that affected electronic claim submissions. As a result, some professional providers may have received an increased volume of rejected claims due to an invalid tax identification number.

Please note: Professional providers affected by this issue will not have to resubmit their electronic claims. NaviNet has resolved the issue and has already begun to reprocess the claims.
