Introducing Quality Performance Measure (QPM) Manuals for Providers in New Jersey and Delaware

We are pleased to announce the creation of two new manuals for New Jersey and Delaware providers. The Quality Performance Measure (QPM) program manual provides an overview of the QPM program and a list of the quality performance measures. The QPM program manual was developed for primary care physicians who participate with AmeriHealth HMO, Inc.

Each manual provides an overview of the QPM program and describes each measure in detail, which are predicated on the AmeriHealth Member Wellness Guidelines and other established clinical guidelines.
