AmeriHealth New Jersey has moved

On August 1, 2011, AmeriHealth New Jersey combined its Mount Laurel and Iselin offices into one central headquarters located in Cranbury, New Jersey. This move allows the entire AmeriHealth New Jersey team to work cohesively from one location and serve the state more effectively. The address of the new building is:

Facility and ancillary providers submitting key practice information changes (e.g., mailing address or practice name) will need to send such requests to the new address. Professional providers should continue to submit changes using the Provider Change Form, which is available on the NaviNet^® web portal or on our website at  www.amerihealth.com/providerforms.

Note: Only the physical address of the AmeriHealth New Jersey office location has changed. Most operational addresses (e.g., claims submissions) remain the same. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact your Network Coordinator or Hospital/Ancillary Services Coordinator.
