Connections^SM Complex Care Management Program Seeks Panelists for Physician Advisory Board

AmeriHealth is currently transitioning the care management of members with complex, chronic conditions from an outside vendor to our own in-house nurse care managers. As part of this transition, AmeriHealth will create a Physician Advisory Board comprised of rheumatologists, neurologists, hematologists, gastroenterologists, and pediatric pulmonologists.
