Instructions for Opening Secure E-mail from AmeriHealth

Step Three

The next time you try to open a secure e-mail from AmeriHealth, you will receive this Account Login screen, which prompts you to log in. Your e-mail address is already provided. All you have to do is enter your account password and click the Log In button.

1. If you have forgotten your password, click on the "Ask to be reminded" link. You will receive an e-mail containing the reminder phrase you entered when you created your account.
2. If that phrase doesn't help you remember your password, contact the sender of the original e-mail.
