Instructions for Opening Secure Email from AmeriHealth

Step Three

The next time you try to open a secure email from AmeriHealth, you will receive this Account Login screen, which prompts you to log in. Your email address is already provided. All you have to do is enter your account password and click the Log In button.

1. If you have forgotten your password, click on the "Ask to be reminded" link. You will receive an email containing the reminder phrase you entered when you created your account.
2. If that phrase doesn't help you remember your password, contact the sender of the original email.
