About the plan

• traditional fee-for-service dental program featuring freedom of provider choice;
• available to community and experience-rated groups;
• network of more than 4,800 participating dentists and specialists statewide;¹
• cost-savings which average 30 percent off dentists’ charges;²
• four standard options available to groups of two to 50 members, and ten standard options for groups of more than 50 members;
• for groups with two to nine employees, 100 percent participation is required, and for groups of ten or more employees, 70 percent participation is required.
