When a member purchases covered prescription drugs, here’s how the program works:

DEDUCTIBLE		COINSURANCE			ANNUAL OUT-OF-POCKET MAXIMUM (Includes Deductible)
MEMBER PAYS per person per calendar year deductible		AmeriHealth PAYS designated percentage of the FutureScripts^® negotiated discount price at participating pharmacies	MEMBER PAYS designated percentage of the FutureScripts negotiated discount price at participating pharmacies		Once a member reaches the designated out of pocket maximum, AmeriHealth pays 100% of the FutureScripts negotiated discount price at participating pharmacies for remainder of the calendar year
