Our most popular plans, including AmeriHealth HMO, Point-of-Service, and PPO, are available through our Flex Copay Programs plan options.
You choose the copay amounts that will apply to in-network services such as office visits, X-rays, and inpatient hospital care. Some product options also offer a choice of out-of-network benefits.
