Health Plans

The 2010 health plans are available for you to review. Should you be considering a 2010 or a 2009 health plan?

2010 Coverage

View 2010 plan information if you:

  • are joining for the first time;

  • switching from the plan you have now.

2010 health plans are effective January 1, 2010. Benefits, formulary, pharmacy network, premiums, and/or copayments/coinsurance may change on January 1, 2011.

2009 Coverage

In certain circumstances you may be able to enroll in a 2009 plan.

View 2009 plan information if you:

  • would like to review current 2009 plan information;

  • are turning 65 and are newly eligible for Medicare in 2009;

  • have just moved into the plan's service area;

  • are enrolled in another prescription drug plan whose 2009 contract is terminated;

  • want to move from an employer-sponsored prescription drug plan to a Medicare Prescription Drug Plan;

  • have full Medicaid benefits.

2009 health plans are effective until December 31, 2009. Benefits, formulary, pharmacy network, premiums, and/or copayments/coinsurance may change on January 1, 2010.
