- A Medicare approved Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug (MA-PD) plan. Benefits and premiums vary depending upon the package of benefits offered.
- Both HMO and Point of Service (POS) packages are available to employer groups and union groups in New Jersey, on a statewide basis.
- AmeriHealth® Rx Part D Prescription Drug Plan for Groups.
- The AmeriHealth 65 individual plans can be customized to suit your employer group/union needs. Prescription plans that are eligible for the group tax-free subsidy are also available.
- AmeriHealth 65 requires prior authorization of certain covered drugs that have been approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for specific medical conditions. View our prior authorization forms.
